Individual or Group Sessions for over 12 year old girls. All other Spring Chickens under 80 years are welcome!
Whether it's learning how to SUP (Stand Up Paddle), or trying out their newly learnt skills for a sea trek, or simply joining in on SUP Yoga Session, each session is designed for girls & ladies to relax, have fun, and come away having made new friends while keeping healthy & fit.
Young Girls/Adolescent - the stresses of peer pressure, having to conform, meeting academic pressures, coping with self image add up. Our young goddesses are under extreme pressures from Social Media, Advertising and even friends, to look, act, behave and perform to a level that defies logic. Our GIRLS CAMP is designed to bring like minded young ladies together, in a calm, relaxing, fun and stress free environment, to learn new skills, to socialize outdoors and also learn the basics of relaxation, meditation and Yoga for a small part of the session.

One summers' day, two lovely mothers got together and created a concept - to combine their maternal instincts & intuition with their internationally proven experiences and qualifications in Hatha Yoga & Sport, to bring you a fun, exciting way to learn how to Stand Up Paddle, do Yoga on a SUP and talk about Work/Life Balance, healthy eating alternatives, all in the privacy & comfort of other women ONLY*
